" Two "masters", chef Hiroshi Fukui and sommelier Chuck Furuya, team up (together with restaurateur D. K. Kodama) at their "major-league" establishment on Restaurant Row, which has achieved "almost cult" status with it "inspired" Eurasian tapas featuring "locally grown products" and "fantastic" wine pairing from a "superb" list, plus "excellent" service in a "quiet, contemporary" setting; happy hour offers some "amazing" deals, and the occasional kaiseki dinners (reservations required) are a "great bargain."
